A Pretty Joie Bandeau Reverse Tuxedo Top.

A beautiful turquoise blue , Joie strapless top in a chic tuxedo style. It is a cotton sateen sheer fabric , 35% real silk and 65% cotton. There is a nice luxurious , cool feel to this fabric and the sateen has a gorgeous subtle shine that you should really like. It is an XS , measures 16" in length from top to bottom. Also, it is pretty much a rectangular cut. There is some slight fraying in the sash , which is part of this look. There is elastic in the waist / sash area , and upper back.
