Like new, handmade, hand dyed, laggenlook style pull-on elastic waist flowy, wide legged pants from the brand A Rare Bird, made in India. Pants style is reminiscent of the brand Magnolia Pearl, color is a distressed black and taupe, they have pockets, and the length is extra long. According to the brand's website you're supposed to cut them off to the length you desire and just let the hems fray to complete the distressed look. Waist measures 14 1/2, stretches to 20 1/2, hips 22 1/2, rise 16, inseam 31 inches, pant width at hem is approx 18 7/8 inches. Please see all photos.

I just want to make sure I understand this correctly. The MAXIMUM stretch on the waist is 19….so 38 inches? No more ?
