A. Tierney Kid's D-Ring Belt. Classic style & super cute! It's made of Navy Blue canvas with Navy ribbon on one side with White whales. The belt is roughly 32” From top of buckle to end of belt; and the fabric part alone is about 31." Obviously it's adjustable because of the D-Ring. Kid's large. It may have been worn a few times, but no signs of wear or tear.
