Very warm with thick material, includes pockets on the front with the words Washington D.C down the left arm. Minor fuzz on the sewn letters. There's a small loose thread above the left pocket. The zipper is blue, while slightly turning grey. There are two holes for drawstrings on the hoods, there are no strings. Very warm hood.
