This is a pretty and unique piece by West End. All black with very colorful embroidery details. The embroidery appears to be pieces of material rather than stitching. It is floral with teal blue, red and yellow. The shell is 100% cotton and the lining is 100% polyester. This is a women's medium. It is in very nice pre-owned condition. It has two flaps on the front that are just accents, there are no pockets. It has silver tone detailed metal buttons. 21" from armpit to armpit and 22" from shoulder to hem.
