Size XL Adult. This top is very UNIQUE and very difficult to describe. It has an piece of fabric around the neck that snaps shut. It only has one arm. The other arm only has two straps on the shoulder. It's made of stretchy fabric. It has a 1/2 shell of black fabric underneath. It's made by A Wish Come True in Bristol, Pa. The fabric is cut on a slant at the waist. The design is basically artistic graffiti.
