A beautiful pixie style periwinkle colored dress.

My 14 y/o wore this once for a Beauty Review. It has boob padding & a see thru periwinkle mesh that was added during alterations that can be removed. It has spaghetti straps that criss cross multiple times across the back through tiny loops & ties at the mid low back. The back of the dress has a zipper that zips up to where the straps tie right above it. This dress could be altered to a high low style dress also. It reminds me of tinker bell and has a lot of potential for many different styles of wearing.
