This is a beautiful raincoat, jacket. It's been worn 2x and has been washed. There is not 1 stain inside or outside this jacket. I'm 5"4 and it sits by my butt. The sleeves are a bit longer than 3/4ths and can be rolled up. There are buttons on sleeves as well. This jacket can easily be worn with or without belt. It's really a beauty!
