A black hat with beautifully designed bow work

100percent wool a hat made by michael Howard it has a beautifull designed bow with little black felt dots on the bow work. Comes from a non-smoking home. I know this is vintage but not sure what year I'm sorry I am just going on what my grandmother says. I do measure it and I put the price my grandmother bought it for but alot of times the stuff is worth way more now. Like this hat. But I will always try to be fair. I am not one to take advantage of anyone.
