A common thread cotton skirt NWOT

I’ve had this skirt for a long time but have never worn it. It’s beautiful but is just not flattering on me. I bought it at an upscale boutique and remember is was very expensive. It was at least $250 years ago. It’s all lined, embroidered… Waist is elastic. Un-stretched measures 19” and stretches to 21” flat. Length is about 30”. No tag but I believe it’s all cotton NWOT
