A dress/romper white lace, open back, lined shorts

A really popular brand called Nightcap...bought at Planet Blue in Beverly Hills. It’s a size 3, however, they base their line on 1 2 and 3. It’s a M/L. In my opinion. Its beautiful on, and the shorts make it more like a romper, but that’s not an option to choose here:)
