A formal mini dress

It's a beautiful black, strapless, short dress with flower shaped silky material at the top, with ruching across the middle with layers of tulle. Perfect for any party or event. Polyester material. Worn once for a holiday party and i felt like a black swan. Pics don't do it justice.
