This is a gently used no brand gold fringed skirt with gold sequins. It is a fun accessory to go over a dancing skirt. the elastic at the waist measures 24-25 inches around when measured flat, but it stretches quite a bit to more and will fit a larger waist. I am 33 in the waist, so I'm guessing up to 44 inches.
