This Dress is bright green and is fitted up top but flows out into the bottom. It is very long. I have gotten 2 wears out of it, and it no longer fits. It is also padded inside of the breasts so you won't need to wear a bra. COMES FROM A SMOKE FREE HOME!

teloves @33h77934f the color of the green isn't shiny it's flat and yes that's the full length , I wear a 34C so you would have to be the judge of it could fit her, I'm not sure.
