A medium size royal blue dress

The sleeves can be worn on or off the shoulder! It has only been worn once !! The back is out (just a little) and there is a slit in the dress to show off your legs. It is a zip up and it sparkles in light. Real glittery and pretty and you don’t have to worry about the glitter falling off !😁
