A new day Plaid Emerald Green Skirt - size xs

Adorable plaid emerald/dark green skirt with liner. Its only been worn once. The back of the waist band is elastic. And the rest of the skirt is flowy. Im 5'5, 140 lbs and it fits me but i have to wear it on my natural waist so it lies about 2 inches above the knee. The last 2 closeup pics show the color best. Smoke free pet friendly home.
