A new dress by New York and Company.

This is a new New York and company dress. It has short cuff sleeves, a wraparound rope. It has a zipper front, two top buttons, and two bottom buttons.. the metal buttons are go tone. The buttons still have a little scratch on them, but the dress is in great condition. It’s a cocky green color or should I say olive color. The dress size is medium.. great for the office or anywhere
