A pillbox feathered jillie hat from the 1940s

Vintage 1940s pillbox beautifull handmade feathered hat made by jillie there are no bare spots but you must take very good care of a hat like this. My grandmother always kept them in hat box's in closets were the sun couldn't damage them also it comes from a non-smoking home. These hats are rare mainly because the people at the time just didn't know how to take proper care of it. But this one is in perfect condition. The feathers have a blue green tint to the black.
