It has a zipper for easy access to get in it. The straps cross in the back. Your shoulder blades are the only thing that stick out so its not very low cut. It has a sweet heart neckline with a little cleavage that is covered in thin red ribbon. Have 3 skirts with the outside being the shiny short to long cut and the inside as a short stretchy fabric. Also has built in bra. I only wore it once to my Homecoming
