A ruffled, Victorian-esque white blazer!

The blazer is fully white with black ruffles surrounding the neck all the way to the mid-section and ruffles on the cuffs (wrist area). The material is thick with a grainy feel on the outside with a silk-ish material lining the inside. The lines on the sides are designed to look like pockets but the blazer has no pockets. It has never been worn. This is for any young professional woman in an office, dress it up for a night out or a holiday gathering.
