rhondabo Good Morning, they have not sent the new label! Just to be sure did you change it in this manner? On the App: Go to your Account Tab and select My Purchases → Select the unshipped order that you wish to update your shipping address on → Select the Edit button next to your Shipping Address information → Enter your new shipping address and Submit.

rhondabo Once you have submitted your updated address on the order page, we will sent the seller a new label with your updated shipping address. IF you did then they are dragging their feet, I would love to send this out for you today, it is already to go just need the address..... Just letting you know that I have not forgotten. :)

rhondabo @cherylmeadow You can give it to me sweetie, but the problem is when the post office gets this package, the bar code holds all that information, i.e. your shipping address, my return address, etc. So I could change it on the package, but it will still go to the other one. This is what I am worried about.....
