A tank top/ Blouse

It’s a tank top but the sleeves hang off the shoulders as seen in the picture. It’s made out of a stretchy material. It also has a connecter that is attached to the strings on top it does adjust for fitting. There is also a piece of netting material connected to the sleeves as well see picture for reference.
