A true 60s vintage white ruffled dress

I bought this dress from a vintage store called Escape in Old town Orange, CA for a mad men themed costume for Halloween. Unfortunately wasn’t able to wear it and has never been worn by me. It is true to size which means no elastic at all. As pictured they have the brooch safety pinned there for dry cleaning purposes (do not clean with it attached to the dress) can be easily sewn back in. I love this dress sadly doesn’t fit my waist well. Pls let me know if you have any questions, fit above knee
