New! My mom got me but the color didn't fit me. Very sturdy warm material, the quality is very nice as the details of the material inside. The picture doesn't show but if you wear this it emphasizes waist and cute. Looks much better in person wearing rather than just a pic. Can be worn for both casually & formally.
