A white strapless "Donna Morgan" dress

It's a strapless and "flowy" white dress. It comes with a silver belt that is a little worn, but the dress has only been worn once. You could change out the belt if you wanted a different color, but the belt is still functional. This is a size zero and was purchased at Nordstrom.
