A woman’s dress made by R&K

A woman’s dress kind of like off the shoulder but not there’s a little tight for the back of the neck is ruffles on the sleeve. Otherwise it would be sleeveless. It’s a Paisley color is what is a tie around the waist. It has multiple colors of light blue, dark blue there’s some Marvin here looks like some butterflies. There is a ruffle on the bottom that goes all the way around the dress just like the sleeves.
