Short sleeves with fringe accents on the shoulders Zari or metallic threads used to embellish the kurta Slightly rounded square neck Pleated maxi length skirt out of fabric with elephants & birds Intricate pattern on the skirt's bottom border Outlined in red welting Side zip Decorative fringed baubles hanging by long strings at the sides Sides are split to the waist & I believe it is intended to be worn over long pants It does not indicate the material make up of the dress garment, but it does indicate to dry clean only. Made in India Pre-owned with very light wear, I found only one flaw, a missing small fringed piece on the right shoulder. Perhaps remove the same one on the other side.
