ABERCROMBIE Strapless neoprene mini dress!!

Super cute strapless dress with polka-dots!! This dress is made of stretchy neoprene material with rubber banding around the top inside of the dress which is great for holding the dress up (strapless can be troublesome at times🙄 so the rubber comes in handy). The navy with white polka dots is adorable and great for weddings, parties, and other events! Only worn a couple times so great condition!
