@amy5803 yes definitely! It was big on the waist area and my waist is 29 around. The hip area fit okay and my measurement is at 38.

@amy5803 mmm I would say it depends on how tight/ fitted you like your dresses to fit. I did end up finding an xs on here and that fit a bit better on me to my liking. It was just a bit loose on the waist not too much. If I wouldn’t have found the dress in xs I would have still felt comfortable wearing the small.
