ausyne @susana_h oh no! I'm so sorry. It was a bubble envelope and it was packed tightly so that it wouldn't move around too much. I guess the post office threw it around or something. Let me know if you'd like to return it. I believe posh has a return policy in place if you're unhappy with your purchase. I'm so sorry again. Let me know what you decide. And I think their packages are insured so maybe you can work something out with usps and get some type of reimbursement?

ausyne Oh Duh! I was thinking about another sale I made. I did insure the package so if you take pictures and submit it to them they'll reimburse you. I've had to do it before. If you wanna send it back to me you can do that too. I won't pay for extra shipping though. But I'll send you back your money once I get the product back
