ABM vintage Y2K blue denim jeans size 13

These jeans have been cut on the bottom and sewn please see pictures closely. Measurements are across the waist about 17 1/2 inches top to bottom is about 37 inches and the inseam is about 27 1/2 inches and the rise is about 9 inches.
