This is a truly lovely ABS/Allen Swartz skirt that can be worn with a formal top, sequence belt...or casual with a halter, sweater... The pictures don’t do it justice. (The dress form is larger than the skirt.) The material is a light flowing shimmering pink with a satin lining. Never worn. Stored in smoke-free, pet-free home. Excellent condition. leslietreasures @misi789 Hi—it has a solid pink slip underneath, but it’s not totally opaque in front of a window. The material is light, soft and flowing.

leslietreasures @misi789 I just measured it again with the snap closed and it’s closer to 27”. I need to change the description. Sorry about that. If it’s for a one time event, the zipper can be left undone part of the way, if a top is worn over it. It’s also pretty long so heels would probably be needed—depending on how tall someone is.
