fancyclothingco Hi @ccopley3. I took measurements for you. The cardigan/shrug measures 11" from the top of the neck to the bottom; 16" top of shoulder to top of shoulder; and 3 1/2" from underarm to the bottom. It is designed to wear over another top and should hit right about the bra line in the back. Let me know if you have any other questions. Thanks!
