ABS (Allen Schwartz) created this jewel of a party dress perfect for holiday parties. The brilliant blue taffeta is accented with black touches. The color absolutely glows. Fitted halter bodice and very full skirt with its own petticoat. Label says size 6, but it really fits like a small four. I can provide measurements.

luluandpeach @bhonmain Waist is a little more than 13.5". Length from waist to hem is 20" from waist. it's a stunning dress, but it has to fit! Armpit is 17". Happy to answer any questions.

luluandpeach @kannb03 Just measured from top of strap to hem. 35", and top of strap to waist (not defined by a seam, but where waist seems to be) is 15". So, waist to bottom of hem is 20". It hits me exactly at the top of my knee.
