This gem is a very special OOAK piece. This vibrant poppy red tulle and silk maxi skirt is the ACTUAL SKIRT WORN ON THE RED CARPET AT THE MTV MUSIC AWARDS and featured in Various video/press pieces. This was the only one made as intended for press purposes. Great condition. Exterior is poppy tulle. Waistband is 100% silk. This sexy number has 70s style shorts attached as lining with gathered sides. Shorts are 97% silk with 3% elastase for fit and comfort. Size S 25” waist 39” length
