How much wear and tear? Is there any stretch? Does it fit true to size?

@cbellows1 No wear and tear as tags are still attached, I did find that the thread on the hem of the pant legs looks a little cheap. it looks like the thread on the hem doesn't match the quality of the rest of the garment. I've added pictures #4 and #5 for reference. The garment does have stretch everywhere except the shoulders where the mesh and sequined detailing is.

@cbellows1 Hello, the item is new with tags, so no wear and tear. The mesh and sequins are in great condition. the item fits true to size but has stretch throughout. The mesh shoulder area is the only area that has no stretch.
