AE Floral Dress

black smocked dress with white/yellow flowers. little ties on the sleeves. unlined. worn a few times but decides it was too short for me. item comes from non-smoking home. we do have pets but items are kept away from them in a closet or dresser. please comment if you have ANY questions - I want you to be happy with the item if you purchase! open to offers! :)
