AE Summer Dress

Cute casual dress by American Eagle is several years old but rarely worn. Soft, light fabric with watercolor floral print. Has built-in shelf bra with removable light padding. Band and back ruching still have full elasticity. Braided center straps with wrapped silver end details can be tied in front or around neck as a halter. They are slightly frayed (bought like that) but a little kinked from being hung tied.
