Multicolored cardigan from American Eagle. I have worn this only once, so it is still in pristine condition. Size M, but also fits a large. It is an open cardigan, doesnt button up. Love how it looks with a belt at the waist ans maybe a turtleneck. Reaches below the bum, so it works well with leggings

Can you tell me how long this is. I'm pretty short and anything longer than 28" is going to be too long. Fabric?
