AEO Patterned Cotton Miniskirt w/ Elastic Band

It’s a mild tan with tiny blue geometric floral motif (for an overall greyish color) and a grayish silver elastic waistband. Double layer of fabric. It flares a little, mild ruffle. It’s a size 4, but, honestly it fits me at 12. Measurements laying flat (double where necessary. Waistband stretches, but rest of skirt doesn’t really.) Waistband: 15” - 18” Hips: 20.5” Length: 13”
