At AETHER, we focus on the marriage of protection and design. The Navigator is made using Schoeller®-Dynatec, an abrasion-resistant fabric specifically engineered for motorcyclists. This technical shell fabric has been tested and refined using Schoeller’s “Sturzsimulator” crash simulator, which drops fabric against pavement at variable speeds of up to 75 mph. Schoeller®-Dynatec has not only been crash-rated, it also boasts a 3-layer construction that makes it completely waterproof and wind resistant, yet still breathable. For warm-weather riding, ColdBlack® has been integrated into the garment dye to reduce heat retention caused by sunlight by approximately 10 degrees. Please note: pads included.
