The top buttons can be opened, but the buttons below the waist can not. The dress also comes with a denim tie around the waist to adjust the center of the dress to your liking. The sleeves have 2 buttons and can be long, or you can adjust them by rolling the material up the arms. Non-smoking, Pet Free Home. I would keep this dress, but it no longer fits. Great condition.
