Never worn. Excellent condition. Mid rise fit. Color is cream/black/brown plaid. Soft texture, inside is lined. Not itchy. 73% polyester 27% wool 16” length front 17” length back (dips down in back, see last photo) ~31” around waist ~44” around bottom of skirt
