Mari Jeans from AG Denim, size 28R, has a high rise straight fit, with plenty of stretch. I cut the hem off the bottom which makes them hit just above my ankle (I'm 5'7"). They are extremely comfortable and would be great with a ballet flat, loafer, or sneaker, or they might even fit under a knee-high boot. They are super cute - just didn't fit my hips anymore!
