AG-ED Denim Adriano Goldschmied Ex-Boyfriend Slim Slouchy size 28R

Okay…so, I bought these jeans on a different sight and were sold to me as New With Tags. What I came to realize is these are tagged by the manufacture as irregular, hence the “I” on the inside front pocket. So, this my disclaimer… these by the manufactures standards considered irregular and could not be sold for the original price tag of $235. I have gone over them several times and the flaws I found are: too much distressing on the left back pocket (see photo) the inseams do not absolutely perfectly line up (see photo), a weird stitching under the back belt loop that can easily be removed, and they are missing the AG on the back pockets...how can you miss that?; otherwise these look exactly like a pair I personally own. 🤷‍♀️ About these jeans… these are Adriano Goldschmied Ex-Boyfriend Slim Slouchy Slim Jeans in a light wash. Measurements: Waist is a size 28 Inseam: 26.5” (legs match) Front Rise: 10.25” I am only looking to recoup the money I paid for these.
