@darcyd38 laid flat and unstretched, across the top measure 17 inches straight down the center laid flat measures 11 1/2 inches the leg opening to the crotch measures 10 1/2 inches and if I go across the top of the leg opening that also measure 17 inches.

@darcyd38 big time stretch! Let me check for you. I’m not small trust me I’m built like a log but… I wear a size 29? I’m a pretty solid size 8/29 too. My waist, however, is ginormous. It’s almost as big as my hips. I need a ton of stretch myself. If it doesn’t stretch, I can’t do it!!!

@darcyd38 I don’t want to pull too hard on it. I did pull with my measuring tape and I can’t get it to 21 inches which would be 42 and that’s not yanking it.
Are used to have a fashion line years ago (all dancers clothes and swimwear) and I made all the clothes myself. I’m pretty good with measuring things 😉
