This is a size 10 but would fit sizes4-10. A few very faint marks: one inside bottom cuff, inside front zipper, and inside left collar- none can be seen when worn. 2 thread gaps near waist do not affect performance of fabric. No rips or odors of any kind and very well maintained. Always dry cleaned though instructions say the jumpsuit can be washed.
