**worn twice** I am 5'1" and wear a 32c bra. This is size 4 and is TRUE TO SIZE. This dress hits my mid-upper knee in front (is slightly longer in back but not by much) and I have full coverage in the chest area. This dress has a tiny cap sleeve, cut-out waist, a high/low flounce hem and a plunging neckline. The back zipper is concealed and the fabric is 100% cotton poplin. DRY CLEAN ONLY! I have worn with this dress with a denim jacket over the shoulders and it was such a cute look!
