A.L.C. Marcel Draped Velvet Dress Sz 2

New with tags, soft velvet/light corduroy fabric. Sumac red, mock neck with ruched detail. İt has an asymmetric hemline and zipper detail on the sleeves. It does have some stretch but I think this brand runs a bit small. Size 2. Dry clean. The ruching makes it hard to measure but armpit to armpit is approx 16" and waist measurement is approx 12" (see photos)
