Total disclosure on this one so please read… this was an ALC dress that I decided to basically cut in half to make it 2 separate pieces. Tried to give lots of measurements and close ups. This was not a professional job! The hem on the top is a little ragged and unhemmed. The skirt is still fully finished and the waistband in the skirt wasn’t compromised at all. Any cuts were inside to the top portion and above the functioning drawstring waist. Size 6
